Has any one tryed the dampers you can got of the rally nuts wep page? I have already got lowering springs.

Are they £55 each or a set? I got a set of cheapi dampers for £50 if these are £55 a set I may as well have got these

The rears are 55 and fronts are 71. Are they any good? or are there cheaper ones that are s bit stiffer than normal ones?

I'd imagine these are good
There are sets on eBay gas filled for £50 for the rears which will have a notable improvement over the stock ones

I see you can get gas filled fronts for a k11 which i have read will fit with the brake pipe bracket adjusting. may be a plan

Would recommend the KYB gas shocks. Got them with 30mm springs and a very nice improvement it makes to the LS. Great with handling heavy gardening loads in the rear, too, so the missus is happy.

can get a pair of coilovers for the back for 150, makes massive amounts of difference to handling, you can lower it, and they look ten times better. The kyb's for the front are a good standard shock, got nothing on a coilover though.
