problems after uprating suspension?

Hey guys, when u use after market suspension parts such as installing new dampers and springs, will you end up with alignment and geometry problems?? such as un even tyre wear etc?? if so, how to prevent it??

Get four wheel alignment done on the car this will limit uneven tire wear,to get it to handle well you might need to dial in some negative camber and this can cause the inside on the tire to wear but it the price you pay for a good handling car.
