Potn Shocking!

Sorry for the rant but this is the last time I deal with POTN

Shocking service really, it's took them 5 days to process an order when they have the item in stock and not posted it out yet which takes 5 to 12 days.
No notification on order status

This isn't the first time, they apparently couldn't get a manifold in for 6 to 8 weeks when I had numerous companies that said they could get them in 7 days. 2 weeks had passed before I contacted them after they took payment it was ONLY then that they informed me about it.

When I ordered the backbox from them next day delivery took 2 days with no updates on order status.



Sorry but they have a terrible service. Shocking!

I totally agree. I ordered a back box from them and it took well over a week to arrive. I understand that it says to allow up to 10 days or whatever but when I bought it I was told it would take 3-4 days. I called them on the 5th day and was told it would be arriving that afternoon. Turned up about 3 days later, with no notification by email that it had been dispatched. Email arrived some two weeks after the back box. Truly terrible.

Interesting comments.

I was promised a lot from them at Donny Show, spoke to there PR rep who said they would set us up with internet ordering -10% discount and even could set up online ordering through there website in our club colours.

I contacted them via e-mail and left phone messages and no reply, nothing......... even if they contacted me now I will not be dealing with them.

Not impressed.

well i dealt with them last week and they were fine. Ordered lowering springs last monday evening and they got delivered on the thursday

Well the gauge pod I ordered as I mentioned above arrived today!

After being told yesterday they haven't sent it or even processed the order?? And will send it out probably on Friday, my god it's quicker than email it arrives before they've sent it!

I think the company is a bit messed up and dis-organised but it will be the last time I deal with them now.


I wonder if I cancel my order now, whether they will haha

i have used and swear by rally nuts and other specialist sites for motorsport and rallying....but will never ever use potn or demon tweeks

theyre too big to bother about small orders....corporate empires if you like...lolfwn

POTN are rubbish i bought my alloys off them, they came and the offset was completely wrong so i had to get them modified, as they refused to do anything about it. They kept saying i had to modify the car to fit (Yeh if i had 19's)... surely you would modify wheels to fit (only 16's) as it was there mistake... there fine now ive had the offset corrected by another company, originally they didnt even fit in the arch!

Strange as I bought my K12 body kit from potn about a year ago and everything went swimmingly. Not a single problem and was informed of everything at appropriate times and it even arrived earlier than expected.
