Over fueling

My Micra is over fueling all the time I have been trying to fix this problem for a long time now here's what I have done.
New spark plugs, New HT leads, New distributor, New fuel filter, New throttle body, replacement ECU, New temurpture sensors,

I have also checked the fuel injectors with a multi meter and I have the wiring loom out and checked for damage and checked all the connections


Anyone getting any Ideas of what it is?

how do you know its over fueling?

I have changed the lambda sensor, The symptoms are it will not start unless you pretty much floor it and the engine slowly picks up and the engine is spluttery and low revs it sticks of fuel and has high fuel consumption and a couple of times it has flooded trying to get it to start
