no petrol getting thru

my k11 suddenly wouldnt start yesterday morning, AA towed me to my mechanic saying the petrol pump fuse had blown and so needed new pump, got one fitted but still no petrol getting thru, any ideas why? petrol pump had been taking longer to prime in the last week. fuse has been changed but mechanic says theres still no petrol getting thru.

Any ideas what it could be?

imobilser fault i dont get petrol is the immobilers kicks in

and if the fuel pump is spinning could be blocked fuel filter

hearing u say immoboliser, i do remmber when i was trying to start it the red light was flashing still, this could indicate the immoboliser was still activated wouldnt it?

my mechanic is getting the electrician to look at it tomorrow, hes damn good but not always cheap, oh well never mind.

all fixed now, was a warn electrical connector thingy.

lol, I've had that sort of problem recently, my car has been off the road for 2 weeks now and I had fully charged my battery, put it back on the car, it started then cut out, did this about 6 times till the battery couldn't turn the car over anymore. So I've now left it, and the battery is going back on charge tomorrow.
