No dipped beam or hazard lights

Hi!My apologies-I posted this problem in the wrong section.

Problem is when I turn on thre hazard lights a continuous buzzing sound comes from under the steering wheel(the dip beam unit?) and when I turn on he dipped beam the main beam comes on. To be safe I can,t drive at night.

Not as far as I know.It doesn't seem likely. I have Just changed the right brake light bulb but that was after this started.

Problem solved. The wires behind the headlights had become fused together.
