need help with loom

i have bought the wife a new blaupunkt headunit (at least new to her lol) but it has a standard ISO plug on the back of it.

now her micra has the OE blocks still fitted and i have a bare ended ISO block lying around so to save myself buying more rip-off autoleads i was gonna wire up my spare ISO lead and use that....

but i cant find anywhere telling me which colour wire is what on the micra:down: they all seem to be striped and i cant figure them out at all

Does anyone know where to find a diagram of some sort showing me or does anyone on here know which is which.

btw i did search and found nothing....except about the micra's lack of earth, which i can fix no probs lol

update:

it's ok, the autoleads adapter was only 7.99 so i just bought it to save the hassle lol

good plan, someone snipped the plug on my car before i bought it and it was a nightmare to wire up the head-unit.
