hey guys, new to micras but not new to modding cars!

I bought a blue 2 door LX and its great!

so far i have (in the last 6 days of ownership)

- done a full service, plugs, oil, coolant, new pod, fuel filter

- installed an autotechnia black steering wheel using a pulsar boss kit

- installed remote keyless entry (best mod by far!)

- floor mats, resprayed stereo surround and other bits and pieces

plans for the immediate future is 2inch exhaust and mess around with the mapping a little, i'm not going to go hard on performance as i've just come from a performance car with 4 times the power of a micra and am sick of chewing up lots of fuel on my daily commute, the micra is very economical!

i'll get pics up soon, i found the UK forums too but i like this one more i think

polished the car up yesterday, some BASTARD egged my car on friday night but luckily it impacted the window so no scratches, STILL cleaning your car in the freezing cold at 2am is NOT my idea of fun. came up good after a good detail on saturday, going to paint the bumpers in the next few weeks, is it worth finding a super S bumper or do the stockies look good when colour coded?

changed the coolant (it was gross) and gearbox oil today (better than i thought)

changing the gearbox oil is an absolulte BASTARD of a job might i say, granted my clear tubing was a bit short but still what a prick of a place to put a gearbox filler hole... it dropped around 4 litres which surprised me, i thought they were supposed to take 3..? maybe it was overfilled? any problems with doing that?

Hey guys I used Rampant imports to bring mine in.
They bid for you and get it in to Australia.
I've used them twice and they are quite slow.

I think next time I will try slidewize imports instead.

Can we have some more information please? How do we contact these importers?
How much did it cost you in the end to get the cupholder to you?

$95 from memory.
All depends on what the auction ends at and the $$$ exchange.
I forgot their website but if you google it should come up.
