Need double rear swaybar mate!

I think its just more skill that I need Mick! I can do it fine sometimes using left foot brake and handbrake, just need to get the consistency. what would really help for khanas would be an LSD, the nismo mounts have removed the previous wheel hop I was getting, but translated that into more wheelspin!

Thats rad ty, thanks for filming it! I really wish I could keep that inside rear on the ground...

COngrats on the blistering times, in the vid I can see you taking it easy on me :)

I took an even 3 seconds of my previous PB! down to 1:15.3

well the road trip went well - 2400km all up. Highlights being Great Alpine road to the top of Mt Hotham, road up (and down) the summit of Mt Buller and of course the Great Ocean Road. Lowlight was definitely the Hume Fwy back to Canberra from Geelong - earpugs can only do so much...

Next race event for me will be a supersprint at Eastern Creek Raceway on 21 July, so I'm getting the car ready now. I'm going against the grain slightly and upgrading the stock k11 brakes, rather than going the pulsar route - reason being, bigger breaks put me in a higher supersprint class and I haven't run out of brakes on the track yet. I will be running Brembo Max disks, QFM A1RM pads, Goodridge braided lines and Penrite Sin fluid, so ill see how it goes! Also considering making some brake ducts, but ill see how I go at the creek 1st.

"nice one joel :) you,re really getting the most from your steed !

you gonna fit 18v brakes ? (same dia, but vented eh)

thanks frank - I do try!

what are 18v? I haven't heard of any disks that are the same size as stock k11 (234 mm) but vented - even the later cga k11s vented disks are slightly larger diameter according to my internet 'research', but please correct me if I'm wrong!

here,s a quote from one of baguete,s post,s joel btw :)

"On my '97 SR im using GTi-R brakes (256mm) with 14" 6J ET+38 alloys, on my '99 LX with GTi-R brakes too they fit with stock 1.3 Si 14" alloys, 14" steelies wont fit unless 3mm spacers are used. On my SuperS/March im using N15 1.6 calipers and brackets (22 brackets), N15 pads (fits 1.4 and 1.6) and N14 240mm discs, you can use the N15 247mm discs but N14 discs are way cheaper and the pads goes all on the surface anyway, they fit 14" steelies but not 13" steelies, never tested with 13" alloys. The N15 brakes with 21 brackets use 232mm discs and fit 13" steelies. Hope it helps. (Y)"
