My car is trying to kill me!!

Issue with the stalling is getting worse!!

I took the car down to Ed yesterday and he increased the idle speed.

He also suggested getting a new weber carb.

However, the car still sounds like a bag of spanners starting up, and as of about 30 mins ago, the ####er tried to kill me.

Taking on a large busy round about, was in 1st about to go into second but dumping the clutch caused it to stall. Huge Range Rover gunning down on me from the exit to the left, a Ford flying up my arse and couldnt get it started again.

It simple, I need a "Fix" for this issue!! Arrrgggghhhh.

Had the same when I turned from webers back to the standard carb. Only solution for me was to change the carb to a "new" used one which I had lying arround in my garage.
The car was just horrible to drive, as soon as I pressed the clutch it stalled and cruising was not possible because the car was driving like a rabbit just jumping and bumping.

Hopefully secured a weber from a member on here, hope that sorts it out.
