Mis-Fire Problem

Today after work i fitted a new Rocker Cover Gasket as i had a slight leak. Used Hylomar Universal Blue to seal the gasket. All went on fine...

Matt came over to help fit a Boot Popper...so fitted that and left it. Went to go out tonight about 9:30pm...started her up and she sounded reeeally rough. Checked all connections, couldnt see anything wrong.Checked the Plug Leads and they were all in the correct order. Checked inside the Plug Chamber, was as dry as a bone.

I noticed there was a pulsing light, had a close look and what ever the Plug Leads were touching, you could see the current inside pulsing (but only in certain parts of the leads).

Anyone know what it could be? Heres the video: (Sounds like a Scooby!)
