there aren't any to my knowledge. but if you have a look at the bottom of this thread you'll see lots of similar threads that will be able to help you out.
Believe it or not, Norwich Union just insured me for a blinding price. 
They don't care whether your license is provisional, or full - just how long you've had it. So, since I've had my provisional since 1998, I got a very good price. I even phoned up twice to check that it was right. :blush: There's also a list of insurers at this site in the directory to help you out.

Norwich Union are pretty good, but when i called them to get my second year with them, they were horffic! Just cause now i've got all the mods on it, so i went ot admiral, and they were almost half the price, but still nasty expensive for young drivers. pert of the joys i guess tho!
