Lowering on 14''s

i have 14'' alloys with 185x50xr14 tyres and i lowerd it 40mm and it doesnt even looked lowered. im gonna get custom springs tomorrow so what can i lower it without rubbing and on full lock. Thanks in advice

Park ur car next to a non lowered micra and it will look lower...

Maybe the springs u have need time to settle?

My missus (boobooshi's) micra is dropped 35mm on 13's and it looks lowered with out sitting it next to another car.

I'd say give it time.

I had 15"'s on and i put standered wheels on yesterday when it was getting striped and it was much lower it looked good i regrett not puttin smaller wheels on i would go for 13"'s it looks sweet i cant now

it is down a tiny bit but i can still fit 3 fingers between the wheel and arch. I ve done 700 miles on it with 3 people in it. Would be great if it does drop more but i have no patience

mines been lowered 35mm for the past month or so and it doesnt look much lower. but handling etc is greatyly improved so i dont mind too much

and i got 15's on now, fill the arches quite nicely, gives the effect of it sitting lower anyways..
