long time reader, first post - interior LED guide?

Hi, my first post but I've been reading the forum for ages. A while back, on the old forum, someone posted a link to a guide about how to change the lights behind the speedo with LEDS without removing the whole dashboard.

Does anyone remember the link, or if not, what LEDs can I put in, and how do I get em in?
