Knocking sound from steering wheel when maling tight turns

Hi, i have been feeling a knocking sensation when turning my steering wheel completely at right or left / making tight turns. Like i feel it in my hands(steering wheel) (nothing like a loud sound or from the outside etc). Anybody experienced this before? - Nissan K12 - Year 2008

Check your driveshafts,& shock absorber top mounts.
