Knockhill radical

I was at Knockhill watching a track day on sat. There was a super fast radical bombing it round the track, but the guy made a very bad mistake in not tighting up his wheel nuts. Luckily there didn't look like there was much dammage, but i didn't get to see the side where the wheel came off. It was quite funny when the others there found out what happened, they all got the wheel nut spanners out :)

Anyways, moral of the story is: Check your nuts often!

Ouch, I'm amazed he didn’t notice. FYI this can cause irreparable damage to your wheels if made from alloy. And causes massive stress on the bolts. I once experienced this, but it didn’t take long to work out what it was, its usually very noticable

He was on the track for hours b4 it happend so I would have thought that he would have noticed b4 too, so i can only thing it was some other kind of mechanical brakage that made it come off, but as I didn't see the dammaged side i guess we will never know.
