Anyone got any technical details on the signal for the electronic speedo on a '98 K11?
I'm trying to find out just what the sender puts out. I'm assuming a regular pulse (road speed dependant) but I'd like to know the amplitude and to find out how many pulses per mile it generates if anyone knows......
I'm using a Smiths International speedo and I'd rather use the existing speedo sender than have to start messing with adding a pickup to sense a rotating part like a driveshaft or similar.
