K11 Speakers Installation

Hi Guys

Im new to the ICE scene and was wondering if i could get some help.

I am looking at installing some 6x9"s in the rear parcal shelf, nd while i was browsing other threads i found out about the rear speaker connector in the boot. I found this in my car and thats where the problems arise.

Ive looked over the forums and internet and cannot find a mention of the part name/number for the male component that connects into it. Does anyone know it be because i want to make my shelf easily removable as i will be living in london for uni and dont want a new window installe in my boot.

Easiest way would be to find a shelf in a scrappy with speakers, and just cut the plug off that, or take the whole shelf!

Alternatively, cut the plug off and use spade connectors instead.

i think moddedmicra has got a parcel shelf with speakers. put a request in the wanted section.

Another quickie what gauge wire would u recommend for running from the rear loom to the shelf? and what sort of makes are reasonably cheap but pack a good sound quality?

Well, the stock nissan wiring is 13 strand doorbell wire, so I wouldn't really worry about gauge.
