K11 heater switch clicking

OK so my temperature switch for the heating turns part way smooth the. Clicks for the rest, does anyone else ha e this problem and how can I solve it?

It's being interfered with behind the control panel. Mine is the same.

the little clip locking the heater control outer cable has prob slipped off or needs repositioning.

Its the temperature switch in the middle

Something is jamming the flap that is adjusted by the dial, you can get in there through the bottom by the ecu. If you cannot go hot its jammed dial side, if you cannot go cold its jammed behind the flap firewall side.
