K11 crossmember pictures

I am hoping to start replacing a crossmember shortly and when looking at the DIY guide I find that the pics do not load. Is this a site issue or do I have to alter any of my computer settings? My pop-up blocker is turned off as this can somtimes cause problems. Where do I look next.

looks like the database attachment link for them images don't work anymore
