Dear K10 Community,

I thought it would be interesting to do a poll on mileage.

If youve got more than one K10, it's up to you which one you chose but you only get one vote i think....

The resolution is 10K so...LET'S SEE IT!!

lol my white k10 covered over 200k although on 2 engines :p im usure of the exact millage as the dials where changed about 6 times lol

49,989 on a 1994 L-Reg K11.

I purchased it with 28k on the clock :grinning:

Edit: Just realised this pole was in k10, not k11 forums.

My K10 had covered 93k

101k. Engine purrs beautifully, no oil leaks, still plenty of acceleration at 75 (ok it was flat..) although fear kicked in at that point so didnt push it!

had my k10 for about 6 months now but when i got it it had a genuine 46k on the clock with a full nissan service history, atleast we know old ladies are useful for something!!! lol

My first engine did 124k but it was costing to get it through the MOTs as there was a problem with the carb. Bought a new engine with 45k on the clock from the scrappy for £100, so that one's now got about 80k on it.

Mileometer is showing 160k

Maybe it's someone with metric counter? I've seen a micra with that much in kilometres on the counter. Which I already find quite impressive :)

Thats an interesting looking poll mate, We should have one for K11 too, not so much K12...

gooo on...lol

Almost like saying k12 members arent welcome!

A poll for all three would be interesting, as although k12's arent that old - some will obviously be driven further than others and could be interesting..

Mines just hit 17K miles yesterday, I could almost hear it sigh as it clicked from 16999 to 17000. She's a 1990 1L with service history. I just had a service and timing belt change done last month. Runs sweet, but I dont know her top speed. Had her up to 80mph (only 4 gears!) but the Micra at high speed doesn't feel right after coming out of my BMW 730i V8.

sounds like a nice K10 you have there...I just picked up a second K10 with 17,500 (1991) its timing belt was done @ 15k..lol. considering combining the two to make one v-good hybrid

km, and it's original with the car  course it probably won't last a WHOLE lot longer considering i'm nearly red-lining it every shift grr

hey man, my k10 is lonely in Canada... there's probably like TEN left in all Canada  when i saw this site, i figured i might learn a bit about my micra. Everyone seems to be super friendly and knowledgeable here... and i'm off topic, sorry lol... but yea... i'm hoping to reach at LEAST 300k on the odometer before i do an engine swap (provided i take care of the body)

ahh who am I kidding, I'm gunna drive that engine until it melts down lol besides, the chances of getting a decent engine here that will fit without much modifications to the car and the engine mounts are pretty well slim to none. i wouldn't mind that v6 micra lmao. that's brilliant eh?

HAHA

well the poll has showed that the K10 have not done quite as many miles on average as they should have done.....but this can only be to the owners' advantage

Thought I might pop back and update, I've got ~296,000 KM on the clock now :) It's still running strong, although I think my headgasket might be on its way out... Actually, I'm almost positive water is going somewhere it shouldn't, and yet my engine is still going strong. Timing belt is to be done next week ($300 CAD later)
