Imbalance on Front Brakes

Hi everyone, I replaced my front discs and pads last year on my K11 - which seemed to go quite well at the time . However, at a recent MOT test I got an advisory because there was a 22% imbalance on the front. I am going to try and sort this out, and was wondering if anyone could suggest what I should look at. My original plan was simply to remove the pads, clean and then replace.

when was the last time u changed ur brake fluid?

that might contribute to the problem... im not totally sure on that tho

I havent changed it for over 2 years now, I might give that a go

Could be wheels need balancing.
Rotors warped?
Wheel nuts not evenly torqued up?
