how do you loosen front wipers

my wiper makes this horrible sqeeking noise, iv tried to wd40 the actual arm but it has had little efffect. so im guessin its on too tight or summat, im guna do it now as its sunny so quick replys pleaseeeee:grinning:
The sqeek is down to the plastic ball joint wearing out and most likely having a inch of play in it. You have two options.
1. Remove the wiper arms and the scuttle panel and the wiper components. All you can do with this is hope for the best as its not a proper fix, pay attention to the big white block as this is what normally creates the squeek.
2. Replace the whole wiper assembly off a newer scrapped car as this should not be as worn.
