hollow pin next to throttle body?

hey all, my almera box finally arrived today, going to fit it but there is a hollow pin an inch from the throttle body conection, what is it for? what do i do with it? cheers

its just for a vacuum pipe agilecannon
(for the carbon canister iirc)
