HELP?? Petrol breather pipe

I have a K11 micra, whenever i need to fill it up the handle on the petrol pump clicks off as if the tank is full. Im guessing its because the air pipe is blocked.

Had a rumage around in the boot and found a pipe about 5mm. Black pipe going into a clear one, is this the correct pipe? it seems to go under the passenger seats and towards the front of the car.

Any help will be appreciated, its really annoying takes ages to put fuel in! grr

when you fill up turn the pump handle to 10 11 oclock position almost upside down,,sorted

5mm pipe is the rear window washer pipe. the tank breather pipe goes parallel with the bigger filler pipe, then goes through a chassis hole and to the top of the tank. tis a tank-out type job to access. soft rubber tended to kink and so restrict venting & cause pump to click prematurely

Ill give the 10 o'clock trick a go haha. If it does turn out to be the breather it should be a task sorting it out. Can't really be arsed to take the petrol tank out haha. Thanks guys
