help needed

hi all

need some help with my micra.
problem 1 is the wipers stop halfway in intermitant but work fine on all other settings.

problem 2 is theres a metal bar running between the rear wheels under car it is bent slightly what problems might this cause.

also whats the biggest wheels someone has put onto their micra??

Possibly a wiper switch problem, 15s are usually the largest wheels people fit but i'm sure larger could be fitted, depends how much work you want to do, not sure how good it'd look though.
