HELP NEEDED!!! A screw in my tyre!!

Hello people,

I fount a screw in my passenger side tyre its going down slowly, just woundering if there any thing i can do to stop it AND remove the screw. OR do i need a new tyre??!!?

my Tyre is a Yokohama/tube-less 15" S.Drive

any tyre place will remove it and seal it for like a £10

unless its on the edge or sidewall as theyre not allowed to do repairs there anymore but if its on the flat bit / face of the tread should be no problem!
