help my car wont start

hi i have a 2005 k12 1.2 petrol i got in it this morning and it wont start.it turns over but it wont fire up,could someone please tell me what could be causing this prolem, thanks in advance

it could be one of a thousand things nat, checking for any faultcodes would be your 1st step
