heaters not working

i have a N plate micra and the heaters are not working on any level

everytime i replace the fuse it just blows

i dont think there is a relay in the engine bay

the heater lights come on when i put the main car lights on

the wires are connected into the back of the heater dash

can anyone shed any light on this..

it could be either a bad connection somewhere or a short in the heater fan motor.

im not sure what i should be looking for..

Could be the resistor card? Or a short somewhere in the motor like sonic said.

i was thinking of replacing the front heater controls..

behind the glove box, its a card about the size of a credit card. Screws into place using 2 screws.

do you mean your blowers?

if the fuse is blowing all the time some thing is drawing to much current, it could be the blower motor has packed up or you have a wiring fault somewhere
