heaters not hot

i collected my new k10 yesterday annd on the way home found the heaters didnt heat up inside the car, my mam said the temp gauge didnt move much (she was driving) does anyone hav any ideas why this is?

Thermostat stuck open or removed so overcooling? Low coolant level?

aye no coolant because of the blown head gasket

plenty of coolant in guys i just checked, ill check the thermostat at some point at work but i need insurance to get it there lol

Could be dirt blockage coolant. It might be worth to flush and change new coolant. I did to my car before so it was better.

Did you check coolant level in radiator as well as expansion tank?

kind of figured this out lol they blow hot on the wind screen and feet just not out the top level vents :s

All the K10s I have seen run at very low temp and for some reason alot of pattern part radiators are thicker than the standard ones which make them run cold. Only reason my K10 gets up to good temperature quick is because 60% of my cooling fins in the radiator have rotted away.

The heater on my K10 and my friends K10 only works if you set it on defrost, feet or both. All the other ones it blasts cold air out.
