Head Unit Problem

My brother is having problems with his head unit in his clio. He can only seem to get power when he has his lights on, it was working okay before and he hasn't changed anything.....

any ideas lads?

Maybe a wire became loose? has he opened up to check it?

yeh had a look and all wires are as normal! not had chance to look myself yet but i thought i would ask you guys as you have a fountain of knowledge
