Have i Blown Something?

I opened bonnet to take front bumper off and grill and noticed my breather filter which is attached to the top right pipe of engine was full of some black stuff. Dont know what it is so ive left it for now. Any idea? Its all around that pipe into the Engine.

It'll be oil - which is meant to be there

you say that titch but it should be only a little bit of oil, if its lots of oil then start to think about the state of your engine. A lot of oil and a drop in power could be something like piston blow by which means new pistons rings, but this would only be on older k11's

its only a little bit. Ill take a pic tomorrow.

Do i just wipe it off or do i need to clean it with some special stuff?

oil breather is there for exactly that reason, to collect any oil instead of throwin it around your engine bay. if its only a little dont worry about it.
