Can someone tell me how to fit a air filter?

Undo the air box, remove air filter, fit air filter, redo air box

or are you talking induction kit / cone air filter?

That link goes to their main site, but i would guess you mean a cone filter, all you have to do is remove the airbox from the car and push the filter over the TB and clamp it with a jubilee clip, but this type of filter works best on the end of an induction pipe which takes the cold air feed away from the heat of the engine.

I think I have figured what to do I just cant get the screw off to take off the original air filter thingy.

Any idea how to get the screw off on the air filter bit its tight as anything?

are you replcaing the air filter or fitting an induction kit?

if its an induction kit your fitting then theres a wee bit more involved.

the airbox is just a series of clips

yer but an aftermarket air filter which uses the standard air box usually has better gains, but an induction kit sounds mint
