Fitting Headunit

Hi, I am going to fit a jvc headunit to a 1994 k11 with standard blaupunkt headunit in atm. What I would like to know is, do you fit it using the brackets from the standard unit. Or do you fit the cage into the center console, if this is the case, are they secure. Cheers, jon

i fitted mine in the cage to the centre consol and mine is really secure so its all good

make sure you bend the cage pins back to a tight fit, dont just push the cage in...
