Fitting golf alloys to micra, radius dome wheel nuts?

I have a set of 14 inch golf alloys that i want to fit to my micra, the bolts on the vw are dome headed where as the bolts i have for attaching my current steelies are tapered
I need some M12x 1.25 dome headed bolts i think?
where do i get these from? are there any cars i can get the bolts from that fit or a place that sells them? i had a look and most are x 1.5 pitch

Also the hub spigot hits on the inside of the alloy, i am going to cut up some old brake disks to make spacers does anyone see a problem with this?hopefully they will be wide enough and not mess the offest up too much, the rims i have are et36 from what ive read they should fit no problem.
Also if anyone has a 4 into one manifold they would like to sell me please let me know.
Thanks

VW fitment is 57.1 centrebore, K11 micra is 59.1 which means vw wheels need big spacers or boring out. Try ebay for dome faced 12x1.25 nuts

I have checked the bore, it needs a small spacer of less than 5mm as the vw hole is tapered, i am going to cut up some old discs to make them this will be fine i think but i will make sure.

i am more concerned with finding some nuts the right size, if anyone has any pls let me know, i had a look on ebay i couldn't find the right type only taper not radius.

Thanks for responding kaptain klang. But I have sorted it today, about midday, I found an alloy wheel specialist who found the correct nuts straight away.

As for your question, I found out the nuts had starting cutting into the alloys so no they didn't reach all the way through.
