Exhaust issue

Hi Guys, have a Y reg micra 1.0 s and on low revs it is rattling, I first suspected it was the heatshield but looks like its the centre exhaust, is it cheaper getting a full exhaust system or just the centre section??

There are heat shields all the way up the exhaust, perhaps it's rattling a bit further up. My centre pipe is rattling on the 90 degree bends, I just need to bend the shield out of the way

I had a look under and looks like the centre is baffled

Mine rattles at low revs, say 400rpm.

I ripped all the headshields off, was lovley and quiet

Worst one was the one surrounding the front cat!

It could be the spring from the gearstick hanging down and rattling against the centre section.

yeah very low revs it usually is, anything over that its not an issue.
