Engine swap help

I'm in the middle of trying to swap my engine but an having problems getting the gearbox shifted

Shafts are still in an attempting to shift it to the rhs

What do I do with the rear engine mount.
Do I just remove the bolt thro the middle of it or do I have to remove the 3 bolts that hold the bracket on too?

The 3 rear bracket bolts wehey, and you may need to remove the tin sandwich plate too
