Engine mount..R.I.P.

As the title say's one of my engine mount's is off!(the one behind the engine up to the gearbox)I thought that it would be a good idea to get it changed and have a new one in but the price was a bit of a shocker so i decided to ''change it'' - ''upgrade it'' by installing a teflon bush since that's the prob(the bush it self).I know teflon is a bit hardcore to start with as it is hard as rock and most probably it will be really frustrating with all the vibration, although using a second hand and maybe a year later having to change it is not acceptable by me(that's why i bought a jap-car in the first place!lol). So has anyone tried something like this? What about vibrations, are they bearable or a bit to much?(meaning its a daily driver)thank's ;)

wedging a rubber insert into the stock bush stops a lot of movement, but it increased the vibration, so i had to fit extra rubbers to the cradle :)
