ECU remap

Anyone know if the coilpack 1.4 ecu can be remapped without nistune daughterboard being fitted, been looking around and as per normal no info on the C/P engine?

I was asking about this when i had mine and an aftermarket ecu was mentioned, @ed and @ lowrider may be able to help with this one

I thought i saw somewhere that Ed can remap the 1.4 ecu, but wasnt sure what was involved in that and if the daughterboard was needed, getting close to fitting my turbo setup, so, would be good to know, if its not needed then i might be able to get it remapped locally, ie at college by my tutor

I used Omex on my previous build but that wasn't a coilpack engine, we upgraded to Syvecs on this build but that's overkill for most. Nis uses an Omex on his turbo though.

It is possible to upload a new tune to the coilpack motronic ECUs but they are not live mappable as far as I am aware.
