Connecting 3 TV's together...

Ok I have just got another 2 screens, so I plan to have them in the sun visors and put my other 7" TFT screen in the roofliner at the back in a custom pod. Thing is, the TV which I will be putting the back has a TV tuner, so ideally I would like to have that as the main screen, and run the other 2 off that one. Would there be any limitations on this, like would I have to change the channel on the main one to change the rest or could I do it wothout, and also what would be the best way of running the arial, could i connect it to the roof and run it off there. Thanks for the help...

Without knowing your setup I'd hazard a guess that you'll be stuck with the same channel on your current setup for all screens.
