Is it possible to just clean the inside of the headlights to make it crystal clear? Or do I really have to buy a new headlight?

» CMF MemberIt depends. Are they faded, dirty or have they glazed over (kinda like a cloudy coating over the front of your lights).
If they have glazed over you can remove it with cutting compound (it might need a light sand with 2000 grit first, if they are really bad).
They glazing is normally on the outside of the lense.
