Yeah I use to have locking wheel nuts and forgot to put them back on after doing pre checks lol

oops lol when i fitted my engine i forgot to fasten the centre member that fastens to the cross member, left the bolts loose and wondered what the rattle was lol

might be the wheel nut ,,,,,,,,i had this same thing happen. tighten filter hard then tried again and it still had 3-4 turns till fully tight.???

when i did mine it was like right ill do it as tight as i can by hand then put the stap on it lightly to seal it off after oh i havent checked the diff oil yet better do that finish doing that tea was poured went for a break came back little thing in my head saying theres something i was ment to do now what was it nope cant of been important okay start her up OH FUDGE lol

Well I'm happy to report the leak has gone got the car hot and parked on the inlaws drive and no puddles, looks like it won't be getting scrapped

Pretty much but nothing to crazy, with it off the road I can take my time and get everything looking the best that I can

Crank pulley seal is the most likely culprit, so I think either stani or Kevin was right

Engines not dead but doesn't sound healthy at all so going to minimize the damage by taking it off the road
