change power steering belt on a 1.3si v reg

i have to change the belt on my 1.3si i can see that you have to take the alternator belt off but where do you go from there, i can see there is a tensioner on the top of the pump i have slackened that but nothing moved,

anyone help

The pas pump is bolted straight onto the block but there should be a pas/waterpump tensioner pulley just underneath. Remove right wheel n splash plate, loosen the pulley axle nut so it can slide up/down, screw the vertical tensioner rod clockwise to lower & loosen the pulley. Change belt n reassemble
