Power Steering Belt.. Help!

My girlfriends got an X reg 1.4 Micra..

Ive just changed the fan/alternator belt but the power steering belt is cracking also. Ive looked and theres obviously the crank pulley, power steering pulley and other pulley with 3 bolts in. Using one of the pulleys acts as the tensioner, is this correct on this model or do you have to loosen the power steering pump to pivot the pulley?

Any help would be appreciated..

Thanks

the tensioner for the power steering pump can be accessed from the driverside wheel arch, take the wheel and plastic off the inner wing to see it, the tensioner is a 14mm bolt visible under the pump pointing down, turn clockwise to loosen and vice versa, you dont have to disturb the pump at all.

the tensioner is the one with the metal cover. u first loosen the pulleys axle nut to release, then turn the long adjuster bolt underneath it clockwise to lower the tension wheel till the belt can come off.
