Hi fixed my heater card, i soldered it, it now fully works but i noticed before i put it back in its holder it gets hot, can this melt the solder?.

LOL funny i thought of that after i posted. Heater card does get very hot tested for 5 mins and the solder was softer. But yeah thinking about it i really doubt it would melt.

Since it is a resisitor, i'd imagine it would get hot, 'new solder' tends to be soft, but after it ages for a bit, it harderns up

i don't think it would get that hot because it would melt the plastic before the solder,

they fan also keeps it cool so if you run it outside the motor it will get hotter than normal
