how are micra bump strips kept on as i want to remove mine as there all tatty

glue.............heat them up with hair drier so it melts glue use an old credit card or plastic scraper to ease them up following hairdrier remove glue thats left on car with mild solvent remover or petrol washing straight afterwards

or hairdryer and piece of wire i've heard works well.
