brake problems

yesterday when i was coming home from work i noticed a grinding sound from the front drivers side brakejust taken the wheel of and at the back of the brake disc there is a rough grove had a look at the other side and there could be one stating there too feels like a grove but not rough any ideas thanks

Ok the brake pads are worn unevenly one side has gone to metal the other has hardly been touched

sounds like sticking caliper sliders dave, usually easy to free off

Its in a garage nowthe caliper wont free so thats a new one and the master cylinder is shot ive ordered those parts after its fixed its time to sell anyone want it lol
