back brakes -

I am after a few pointers on the back brakes as I have one that is binding a little . Its a K11 liter.

can the rear drum warp on this car if it overheats ?

the handbrake is working and releasing but the drum rubs a bit ... how do I re adjust the pads .

I am not sure if they are self adjusting or not and do I just back off the nut under the locking tab ?

the shoes do have a self adjusting mech mike, but the rarely work properly. (i always turn the barrel manually)
if the drum is binding its more likely a sticking handbrake cable imo
