auto fluid possible issue

hi i changed my auto oil and now 4 days after car wont start

old oil came out red and i was recommended a green fluid called ns3 cvt fluid, is this not right fluid even though its a nissan cvt fluid? or is it a coincidence now car wont start and both ncvt and eml light are on , car is a 1996 micra k11 1.0 l auto , badly needed help please

If it came out red it was still in fairly good condition, my slx is a manual but my s60 is an auto, I changed the oil 2 months ago and it was black as.
Does your car have the code reading function?
I wouldn’t think the eml is connected to the gearbox but I could easily be wrong

This is what I use on my CVT's, Dexron 3. I am not sure if that is the same, as ns3 cvt fluid?
Though it's always red.
