Are these 1.3 cams?

Hello all, I was painting my rocker cover, When i noticed my cams had been replaced "somtime" in the cars life, And it had the "1300L" printed on the centre of the cam shaft

Anyone no if thats a part number or what?

My cars a 1.0 btw lol heres pics

I never took the cams out, So i cant really tell by that pic, Does anyone know if the 1.0 cams have 1000L and the 1.3 has 1300L or is it a part number?
